Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to be assigned to our Istanbul (Headquarters) office, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong planning and coordination skills.
In this position, you will manage all phases of SAP projects (design, development, testing, go-live) in accordance with the budget and schedule, ensure communication between teams, and play a key role in the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage all phases of SAP projects in compliance with budget and timeline.
• Perform resource planning, organize task distribution, and optimize processes.
• Ensure a coordinated working environment between consulting firms and internal teams.
• Manage outsourcing and procurement processes.
• Successfully complete project closure and go-live support processes.
• Regularly report project progress and present to senior management.
• Carry out documentation processes in accordance with project methodologies and corporate standards.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Industrial, Computer, MIS, or Mathematical Engineering or relevant departments of universities.
• At least 5 years of project management experience and active management experience in a minimum of 2 projects.
• Preferably has worked on both client and consultancy sides.
• Knowledgeable about SAP architecture and products, and closely follows innovations.
• Familiar with PMI, Agile, ASAP, or Activate methodologies.
• Values global documentation standards and reporting discipline.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or SOLMAN.
• Excellent command of English and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and available for travel.
• A team player with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
